Your perfect vacation awaits! --MAIN LIVING AREA-- The airy living room is detailed with a gas fireplace, leather furniture, and a smart TV for all your favorite streaming to enjoy after a long day of exploring the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, or Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Discover a full suite of stainless steel appliances in the country kitchen, along with an array of helpful gadgets. When your recipes are ready, a dining table seats six to sunlit meals. --BED & BATH-- On the main floor, a private guest room features a king bed and a smart TV, with the main-floor extra large bathroom and jetted tub/shower just steps outside the door. The lower-level private guest bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the sleeping loft bedroom is a large but cozy space, furnished with a king bed and two twin beds. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the private attached upper balcony with the best views of the stars, mountainside, and valley below. You'll also find two sleeper sofas for extra sleeping capacity, one in the main living room, and one in the game room. --GAME ROOM-- Head downstairs to the game room, where a collection of board games, a pool table, and a smart TV provide group amusement. Newly added, race your friends on the driving arcade with a real steering wheel and gas pedal. Have a blast with the giant Tic Tac Toe or see who wins in Connect Four. A sleeper sofa provides extra accommodations. --OUTDOOR AREA-- Three furnished balconies provide plenty of space to breathe fresh mountain air. Relish in beautiful forest views while you soak in the bubbling hot tub. Romantic string lights add ambiance when the sun goes down. The main balcony features an alfresco dining table for eight or kick back in the Adirondack chairs with a refreshing drink. There is a park-style grill available by the driveway. --EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS-- Complimentary Wi-Fi, central HVAC, a washer-dryer, all linens and towels, and driveway parking for three cars are provided. We provide a Pack n' Play, a High Chair, & a baby gate for the little one :) All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months. One level of the home is wheelchair accessible via a ramp at the entryway. The entire first floor (which includes a bedroom and full bathroom) has hard flooring and grab bars in the bathroom. The mountainside community of Sky Harbor provides safe, paved but windy roads that drive straight to BearHaven’s door. This cabin is just a 10-minute drive into both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and just 15 minutes to the Dollywood parking lot. You’ll be a few minutes or a few stop signs away from the Arts and Crafts district loop. Great accessible location and a short drive to all the area attractions.
