Picture your friends and family creating memories at this beautiful home, filled with lakefront living, your own private beach, dock, game room, and even a private boat ramp if needed. Enjoy the outdoor pizza oven and grill, a fire pit, kayaks, and paddle boards, great fishing, and spot a loon or bald eagle from the wrap-around deck. When inside you’ll find five different sleeping areas that comfortably sleep 12, two kitchens, a game room, & more. Your lake house is located over an acre of land directly on 4,000 acre Great Moose Lake. As you pull down the quiet dirt road, you'll instantly experience the feeling of relaxation. As you pull up to the house, feel free to park in front of the two-car garage. The house is loaded with all you need to create your perfect lake house getaway. **MAIN LIVING AREAS** On the main living floor, there is a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen filled with a comfy sectional, a big custom-built farmers table with seating for 10-12, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and all the games and kids toys you need to stay entertained on a rainy day. The main floor is complete with two full bathrooms with full showers. The home also has strong WiFi, perfect for streaming devices or those that need to work remotely. On rainy days or at night enjoy the game room on the lower level complete with full-size air hockey, two-player arcade basketball, and a bar area. Also in the game room area and right off the lake is a kitchen and a bathroom, so you don't have to go upstairs if you're outside all day, or for those sleeping on the lower level. **BEDROOMS** There are five sleeping areas in the house, the master bedroom (King Bed) and another bedroom room (twin bed and full bed) can be found on the main floor. Two full beds can be found in the finished walkout lower level. A bonus room above the garage has two queen beds and a twin bed (perfect for teenagers to escape or couples looking for privacy), as well as there is an extra twin bed in the loft. We also have a pack n' play and a baby gate should you have little ones with you :) **OUTDOORS** A wrap-around deck surrounds the main floor, with several slider access points. There is direct access to the lake from the lower level. Walk right out the sliders onto our beautiful patio with a fire pit and grill, and you're single-digit steps away from your own beach and dock on the beautiful 4000-acre Great Moose Lake. You have your own grill and wood-fired pizza oven, patio furniture, plenty of green grass for games (we provide Corn Hole), a private dock, two single kayaks, two stand-up paddle boards (SUPs) and even your own private boat ramp should need to launch a boat. The perfect summer getaway, beautiful fall foliage, November is a hunter's paradise, and great snowmobiling (access to trails right from the house) and ice fishing all winter long.
