This home was the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. It’s in a great location—just a short, easy walk to the beach—and offers plenty of space throughout. The house is very baby-friendly, with a high chair, pack ’n play, and kid-friendly dishes provided. Rosanne was extremely responsive and helpful. When we thought the high chair was missing, she immediately offered to have one delivered from Walmart the same day. We later found it in the downstairs closet, but her quick action was greatly appreciated. We had such a wonderful stay and plan to book again in the future. Thank you, Rosanne, for helping make our trip so special!

A fantastic stay in the southern mountains of Vermont! The host was consistently communicative throughout the whole process prior and during our stay. The game and theater rooms were more amazing than their pictures portrayed. The area was private with plenty of shops, hiking trails, and sights to explore and see within reasonable distances from our stay. An absolutely wonderful getaway!

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Enjoyed the pool daily and the short walk to the uncrowded beach. We also enjoyed the selection of beautiful golf courses nearby. Thanks Roseanne and Doug for being such great hosts!! We will definitely be back!

Rosanne and Doug’s beach house was above and beyond what we expected. From the moment we walked in the main living room / kitchen area was much larger than we expected. It was the perfect setup for 2 families with kids. Everyone had their own space, bathroom, and room to spread out. It was incredible being able to stand in the kitchen and see dolphins in the ocean and take in the views of both the beach and bay sides. All the beach equipment was also an added bonus, as well as the outdoor eating and lounging space downstairs. Not to mention the private shower which was perfect for rinsing down from a day at the beach. The section of the beach near the house was beautiful, and not overly crowded like other beaches in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We are already planning our next trip back. 10/10!

We had a fantastic stay at this home with another family. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and be comfortable. The large entryway was great for hanging all our gear after some surprise rainstorms. The theater room and game room were a big hit with both the kids and adults. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs and generally quiet, which we appreciated. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely look to stay here if we’re ever in the area again!

we had an amazing time at Rosanne's cabin. First of all the property is beautiful and has amazing views. the inside of the cabin is georgious and has everything you would need to feel at home. the game room is epic. we spent most of our time hanging out there. Rosanne was highly responsive in the few instances we had questions or needed something. we would highly recommend you visit this property, we would visit again

We had a great time staying here, had several kids with us and there was plenty of room. The beach access was perfect and the pool is a great addition especially for littles. Had all the items we needed to get started and kitchen had everything to make any meal. Hosts were very responsive and personable, even sent several favorite restaurants and things to do around the area. We definitely plan to come back to this location.

What a fantastic trip for the 7 of us and our dog. Plenty of room for everyone to move around. Loved the entertainment area under the house. We used the grill for dinners in the evening. What I loved was the short 15 step walk to the sand and boom you’re on the beach. This place is pristine shape and it’s super clean. If you love the beach and like being away from all the business this is the spot. Store a short drive away for the things you forget. Ferry was 4 minutes away so when we left we took the ferry and it saved so much time instead of going down the main drag in Gulf Shores. Thank you so much for a great spot to land for the whole week. We will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The proximity to the beach is amazing! The pool was perfect after a day on the beach. Our whole family (age 15-79) was able to enjoy the amenities and all the house had to offer. Rosanne was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. We highly recommend a stay here.
