Our family felt very comfortable in this nice home. Had everything you need to feel at home. Loved the pool area. We enjoyed eating several nights on the deck. Large spacious kitchen we could cook our meals in. Easy access to the beach. We would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay. Hosts were the best. Any questions I had they quickly answered back.

I stayed there with my 10 friends ,this house was perfect for big group ,there was a ton space for everyone . The kitchen bathroom laundry were well stocked everything you need ,the hot tub function great ,and you have an amazing view of mountain from house .

Rosanne and Doug’s place was perfect for our group. It was extremely clean and perfectly matched the description. The walk to the beach is literally right across the street and much shorter than most condos. There is a lot of room to spread out under the house with the hot tub and associated seating, and on the porch having coffee looking at the ocean. The mattresses in the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kids room has the two double bunks and the single bed also has a trundle mattress underneath. It was plenty of room for our girls. I would highly recommend this place to any family wanting a great beach vacation. We were able to leave our stuff out on the beach overnight under the canopy and no one bothered it. It’s a really nice community and area. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. Five stars all around.

The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. We had a pleasant stay and everything was clean, comfortable, and ready at check-in. The host provided clear instructions and was very quick to respond when needed. You can tell it’s very important to them for their guests to have a wonderful experience. Great quirky house for 8 of us to use as a base to explore Acadia! We were all very comfortable and appreciated the great range of games to play in the evening (plus fire pit and hot tub!)

The house was everything we expected! With 9 adults and a baby, everyone was very comfortable! We cooked every meal and the kitchen was amply stocked. The location is very close walking distance to the beach. The bonus was the downstairs area where we all played corn hole and enjoyed the swing. Overall, the location is great with family beach vibe rather than touristy resort vibe. The hosts always responded quickly and were helpful, kind and patient. We will definitely go back again with this size group!

The place was great it was everything we could imagine. Everything we needed was right there. The beach house is in a great location. It was very clean and the pool was amazing. The guy actually came to clean it while we were there. Very quick and responsive when I sent a message with questions. I would definitely come back again and recommend this beach house to everyone I know.
